- Verification retesting
- Ongoing security monitoring

Payment Terms
Payment terms for our services:
- Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements are made
- We accept cash, check, and major credit cards
- Invoices for ongoing services are due within 30 days of issue date
- Late payments may incur additional fees as specified in service agreements
- Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice
Service Warranty
We stand behind our work with the following terms:
- Assessment reports are delivered within the agreed-upon timeframe
- One free verification retest within 90 days of initial assessment delivery
- Findings are accurate and reproducible at the time of testing
- Warranty does not guarantee the absence of undiscovered vulnerabilities
- Warranty does not cover changes made to systems after assessment completion
User Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information about technical issues and requirements
- Backup important data before service begins
- Follow recommended security practices and procedures
- Promptly report any issues with completed work
- Maintain appropriate licenses for software and services
- Provide safe and appropriate working conditions for on-site services
Limitation of Liability
SpyderNet Security's liability is limited as follows:
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Data loss liability is limited to the cost of data recovery attempts
- We are not responsible for damages caused by third-party software or hardware
- Force majeure events (natural disasters, etc.) limit our liability
Confidentiality
We respect your privacy and confidentiality:
- All client information and data will be kept strictly confidential
- We will not access personal files unless necessary for service delivery
- Client data will not be shared with third parties without consent
- We implement appropriate security measures to protect client information
- Confidentiality obligations survive termination of service agreements
Service Termination
Either party may terminate services under the following conditions:
- Either party may terminate with reasonable notice
- Immediate termination for breach of terms or non-payment
- Client remains responsible for payment of completed work
- Equipment and materials remain property of SpyderNet Security until paid in full
- Termination does not affect warranty obligations for completed work
Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable local and federal laws. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be resolved through:
- Good faith negotiation between the parties
- Mediation if negotiation fails
- Binding arbitration as a final resort
- Local court jurisdiction for enforcement of arbitration awards

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective when:
- Posted on our website with updated effective date
- Notification sent to clients with active service agreements
- Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated terms
- Significant changes will be highlighted and explained
